The town of Noveleta is the smallest town in the Province of Cavite. It located between the town of Kawit, Rosario, General Trias and Cavite city which was once the capital of the Province. It has a population of 46,336 people according to the 2007 Census. Although is it is a very small area, Noveleta plays an important role for the development of the whole province due to its location. You cannot reach Cavite City without passing by at the town of Noveleta. Slowly, this town is progressing through the help of the local government in the Area.
